Duties and Responsibilities: –
- Follow up and monitor the work of the following departments (security and protection, camera surveillance, services and parking).
- Monitoring and supervising the process of cleaning the exterior and interior of the buildings.
- Maintaining the security of the buildings from all security aspects.
- Supervising and following up on the daily exterior and interior cleaning program.
- Follow up the control of visitors’ access to the production departments of the facility.
- Coordinate the entry and exit of employees from the building in the morning and evening period.
- Supervise the parking process.
- Assist other departments that need support when needed.
Job requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or any related discipline.
- Computer skills. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to write reports appropriately.
