Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assisting with general employee processes such as hiring, recruiting, vetting candidates and assisting with interviews
- Compiling and organising papers, digital employment records such as holidays and sick pay
- Supporting HR related training programs and workshops
- Writing and submitting reports on general HR daily activities
- Continually learning the latest and best HR practices to improve workplace efficiency .
- Regularly visits AL-Bandar Group branches and meets with employees regarding issues that are related to H.R., complaints and feedback, etc.
- Assists with new employee orientation processes as needed to ensure employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes.
- Follows up complaints and grievance procedures are properly handled.
- Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Job Specifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management & Business Management.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
