HR Assistant

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Assisting with general employee processes such as hiring, recruiting, vetting candidates and assisting with interviews
  2. Compiling and organising papers, digital employment records such as holidays and sick pay
  3. Supporting HR related training programs and workshops
  4. Writing and submitting reports on general HR daily activities
  5. Continually learning the latest and best HR practices to improve workplace efficiency .
  6. Regularly visits AL-Bandar Group branches and meets with employees regarding issues that are related to H.R., complaints and feedback, etc.
  7. Assists with new employee orientation processes as needed to ensure employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes.
  8. Follows up complaints and grievance procedures are properly handled.
  9. Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Job Specifications :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management & Business Management.
  2. 0-1 years of experience.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Teamwork skills .
  5. Be patient and diplomatic.
  6. Problem solving skills.
  7. Manage conflict and create conflict resolutions.
  8. Competency in HR software and digital tools .
