Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will serve as a point of contact between the manager and clients. The role is responsible for receiving correspondence, directing phone calls, handling requests and inquiries in a proper manner, providing initial support services, and organizing and scheduling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and redirect correspondence and phone calls.
- Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
- Manage memos and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements and complete booking procedures.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders regularly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
- Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- A diploma in executive secretarial studies, office management, or a related field that fits the job needs.
- 5 years of practical experience in an administrative assistant role.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Time and priority management.
