Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will serve as a point of contact between the manager and clients. The role is responsible for receiving correspondence, directing phone calls, handling requests and inquiries in a proper manner, providing initial support services, and organizing and scheduling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and redirect correspondence and phone calls.
  • Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage memos and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete booking procedures.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders regularly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Organize and maintain the filing system.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma in executive secretarial studies, office management, or a related field that fits the job needs.
  • 5 years of practical experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Administrative and organizational skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Time and priority management.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
  • Teamwork skills.
