Branch Manager

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Supervising the process of opening or closing the branch according to the daily shift.

• Supervising the process of ensuring the suitability of products and raw materials.

• Ensuring the progress of work, essentially in accordance with the company’s internal regulations.

•Follow up on general safety procedures: inspect refrigerators, freezers, electricity and gas.

• Evaluating employees’ performance after the probation period and the annual evaluation.

•Constant care and follow-up on displaying the products in an optimal way in a way that attracts the customer to increase the purchase rate.

•Ensure and supervise the employees on implementing cross-selling or up selling for the cold & hot stations.

•Ensure and supervise the availability of raw materials in the processing plant and follow up on providing the production team with raw material on time from the warehouse.

•        Supervising the review of customer orders and supervising the communications according to timing in coordination with the branch supervisor, following up and supervising the daily communications, and following up to ensure that any problem related to the communications is resolved in coordination with the supervisors and the team leaders.

•Ensure periodic maintenance matters within the branch in coordination with the maintenance department.

•  Follow up with the Marketing Department for any matters related to displaying products in terms of prices or screens, smart applications, Careem, and Talabat.

• Ensure employee attendance in coordination with supervisors and the leader of each team, and follow up on vacations and departures for all employees.

•Supervising and following up on the cleanliness of all departments at all times.

•Supervising and ensuring that all departments distribute products correctly within the branch.

•Follow-up and supervision of filling out quality forms and statements in terms of recording temperatures, destruction, crushing, etc.

• Ensure that any customer problem is solved within the branch and ensure that customer satisfaction comes first.

• Work and follow up on training and developing employees in an optimal way to ensure the workflow.

• Ensure and follow up on the progress of the production line according to the number of customers and the size of the order within the branch, in addition to orders and communications.

• Motivating team members and providing them with the necessary support in terms of training and development.

• Regular meeting with employees to identify the positive points, support them, and resolve the negative points, if any

Job Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , food and beverage management, or any related specialty.
• 8-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Change management.
