Branch Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all administrative matters within the branch to ensure the smooth operation of all departments according to the company’s approved policies.
  • Coordinate and ensure that all departments distribute products correctly within the branch.
  • Work on monitoring employees to implement cross-selling or upselling in the cold, hot, and pastry sales departments.
  • Monitor the availability of raw materials in the processing unit and supply orders to the operator on time from the warehouse.
  • Supervise the opening or closing process of the branch and ensure general safety procedures.
  • Resolve any customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop employees optimally to ensure workflow.
  • Motivate team members and provide them with necessary support in terms of training and development.
  • Perform any other duties related to their work as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience in dealing with customers.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Sales and team management experience.
  • Leadership skills.
