Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the dessert menu in cooperation with the pastry chef and the head chef.
  • Work on the preparation of ingredients that should be available frequently.
  • Follow the master  chef or dessert chef’s instructions and get new ways to display items.
  • Follow the Pastry Executive Chef or Pastry Chef instructions and get new ways to display items.
  • Speed and mastery in the preparation process while maintaining high standards of quality of ingredients and the final product.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
  • Ensure that the departments are clean continuously.
  • Distribute and divide tasks among crew members.
  • Full understanding and commitment to the company’s policy regarding hygiene and public safety.
  • Report any damage or technical errors of the machineries and equipment’s.
  • Adherence to the company’s policy regarding hygiene and food safety.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts.   
  • 3-5 years experience in pastry.
  • Time management and planning
  • Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team work and working under pressure.
  • Attention to details specially in decoration .
