Main Job Description:
Coordinate and organize marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer and target audience awareness of the company’s products and services. Assist in various marketing activities by providing suggestions for content development, preparing advertising plans, and planning key events and occasions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas to develop marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements.
- Participate in various marketing activities by providing suggestions for content development and preparing advertising plans.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing marketing activities and events.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments/messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize ads.
- Produce promotional materials in both digital and physical formats.
- Propose innovative ideas to achieve marketing plans and complete daily tasks.
- Visit branches for photography and publish content on social media platforms.
- Suggest and implement plans for engaging with influencers and manage communications with them.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in creative content design and copywriting.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide innovative ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the market and competitors.
- Understanding of the company’s products.
