QC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & fill the record of raw material receiving ( Validity ,Labels , Cleanliness….etc.) .
  • Check  daily the all released orders to Horeca channel or other branches .
  • Check the cleanliness & temperature of food delivered by our fleet and fill the record.
  • Daily Monitor to all refrigerators and freezers temperature using thermometer and fill the record.
  • Conducting one case at least for worker hand swab test and a surface swap to check the ” Proper cleaning & disinfection practices” and record the results.
  • Check daily staff hygiene standards and record the results.
  • Print & handle labels daily for the production sections along with the end products section .
  • Cross check items validity Vs items label for all food items /row material in each store (dry, cold & frozen) along with the storage conditions FIFO standard.
  • Cleanliness check for all sections, tools & machinery and fill the check list.
  • Daily quality check & test water using the special tools and register the results.
  • Conduct weekly water swab test and record the results.
  • Daily check tools & equipment’s (QTY, Functionality & Quality) and record the results.
  • Monthly Internal calibration for scales & thermometers and record the details.
  • Monthly validity check & labels inventory control for ( cold,dry,frozen ) stores .

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in (Nutrition, Food science, Food industry, or any related field).
  • 1 year experience preferable in Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong Computer Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
